I am a sucker for waterfalls – even when there is a slight rapid bump in the drainage , makes me go “Awww!” . Naturally I would make a trip to Plitvice – known for its tremendous waterfall views from all angles.<\/p>\n

An important fact is that this is National Park area and no swimming is allowed but its a paradise for photography and nature lovers. In fact quite a number of things are not allowed.<\/p>\n

In the summer months , this place attracts tourists like moths to a flame. So to make the most of the day, you should plan to get there early.<\/p>\n

We got here by car and there are car parks available at both entrances for a fee at the Park. Park entry and car park fees are available at this link<\/a>. Do note that Croatia uses the Kuna and not the Euro.<\/p>\n
